If you are unable to register for an account during setup, please check if the phone is connected to the internet and the following information is in the format required:
- Please use the correct email format
- Password must be 8 to 15 characters long
If the App shows that the account already exists, please navigate to the previous page and use 'Sign-in' instead. If you have forgotten your password, please use 'Forgot your password?' to retrieve your password.
If you are having trouble signing into your Cubo Ai account, please help with the following:
- Ensure that the log-in credentials entered are correct.
- Exit the Cubo app, relaunch the app, and try logging in again.
- Uninstall and then reinstall the Cubo Ai app and try again.
- If the above steps do not work, please reach out to our Customer Support and help take a screenshot of any error messages that you may have encountered.
