If you are unable to register for an account during setup, please check if the phone is connected to the internet and the following information is in the format required:
- Please use the correct email format
- Password must be at least 8 characters long
If the App shows that the account already exists, please navigate to the previous page and use 'Sign-in' instead. If you have forgotten your password, please use 'Forgot your password?' to retrieve your password. If you are still having trouble signing into your Cubo account, please contact Cubo Customer Support with a screenshot of the error message.
