To connect CuboAi/CuboAi Plus to a new Wi-Fi network, please find the instructions for CuboAi Plus and CuboAi below. If you are unsure which model you have, you may check the location of the multi-purpose button.
- If the multi-purpose button is located on the back of the baby monitor, please refer to the steps for CuboAi Plus.
- If the multi-purpose button is located on the side of the baby monitor, please refer to the steps for CuboAi.
CuboAi Plus
If the status light is green or blue:
To connect CuboAi Plus to a new Wi-Fi network, please follow these steps:
On the CuboAi App → Go to “Settings” → Tap your connected baby monitor on the top → “Wi-Fi Settings” → Click "Connect to Other Wi-Fi" → Enter the Wi-Fi information → Click “Connect”
If the status light is red (disconnected from Wi-Fi):
To connect CuboAi Plus to a new Wi-Fi network, please follow these steps:
On the CuboAi App → Go to “Settings” → Tap your connected baby monitor on the top → Click “Wi-Fi Settings” → Click "Connect to Other Wi-Fi" and follow the on-screen instructions to reset CuboAi Plus:
- Make sure the baby monitor is plugged in and connected to power.
- Wait until the status light no longer shows a solid white light. Press and hold the multi-purpose button on the back of the baby monitor for 10 -15 seconds. You'll first hear a chime which indicates that CuboAi Plus has entered Sleep Mode, please continue holding until you hear two short beeps.
- Once the status light turns from white to pulsing white (setup mode), you may proceed to setup again.
CuboAi
To connect CuboAi to a new Wi-Fi network, please follow these steps:
On the CuboAi App → Click “Settings” → Tap your connected baby monitor on the top → Click “Wi-Fi Settings” → Click "Connect to Other Wi-Fi" to enter the Wi-Fi information → Click “Connect”
Note: By connecting to the Wi-Fi network that you'd like to connect CuboAi/CuboAi Plus to on your phone. The baby monitor will then automatically fill in the network name during the setup process. (You may need to allow location access for CuboAi app to retrieve the Wi-Fi that your phone is connected to.)
