As the two Wi-Fi frequencies have different characteristics, for the best experience with your baby monitor, we recommend connecting to the Wi-Fi network with better connection quality in your house.

• 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi: It provides internet to a larger area and penetrates physical objects better than the 5 GHz Wi-Fi. If the baby monitor in a spacious location or if there are walls between your baby monitor and the router, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi would provide a better internet.
• 5 GHz Wi-Fi: It provides better internet speed with less interference when transmitting data in a smaller area. If your baby monitor is close to the router, 5 GHz Wi-Fi would be a good choice for a more stable and stronger connection in a small room with less interference.
