Please download the CuboAi App from the App Store/Google Play and follow the instructions below to connect the baby monitor to Wi-Fi:
1. Create a new account
- Sign up for a new account with your email
- Create a password for your CuboAi Account (note: the password should be at least 8 characters long, and no longer than 15 characters in length)
2. Connect CuboAi/CuboAi Plus to Wi-Fi
Before connecting the baby monitor to Wi-Fi, please follow the instruction in the app and choose the model version you're using.
CuboAi Plus
- Make sure the status light turns pulsing white on CuboAi Plus, which indicates the baby monitor is ready for setup. (If the status light doesn’t turn pulsing white, please see here for more information)
- Enter the Wi-Fi credentials, tap ‘Connect’
- A QR code will be generated on your app screen
CuboAi
- Make sure the status light turns green on CuboAi, which indicates the baby monitor is ready for setup. (If the status light doesn’t turn green, please see here for more information)
- Enter the Wi-Fi credentials, tap ‘Connect’
- A QR code will be generated on your app screen
3. Scan the QR code to connect
- Place your phone approximately 7 inches (20cm) from the camera lens to scan
- Please try the following if scanning is unsuccessful
- Gently wipe the lens to remove dust
- Turn up the screen brightness on your phone
- Move your phone back and forth to make sure it’s within the scan range
4. Connection established
- It may take up to 60 seconds to establish connection to your home Wi-Fi
- Now you are ready to use your baby monitor!

🐤 CuboAi Reminder: Due to security reasons, any main acount or family sharing account will be automatically logged out after a one year login period, and will require the user to sign in again.
