If your temperature and humidity levels are not being displayed on the App, it may be caused by the Cubo Camera and the U-Shaped Dock not being connected adequately. Please review the below instructions to re-insert the Cubo camera securely into the U-shaped dock.
- Press and hold the "Safety Lock" under the U-shaped dock
- Holding the safety lock, insert the camera into the dock; ensuring that the two are securely attached. Release the safety lock after the you’ve confirmed the camera is securely attached.
- Open the Cubo App and confirm that the temperature and humidity levels are successfully being shown on the App.
