Note: The Smart Temp is currently only available for purchase in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
Please go to the CuboAi app → Settings → select the tab of the baby monitor paired with the Smart Temp on the top of the page → CuboAi Smart Temp.
(Make sure that you see “CuboAi Smart Temp” instead of the “Add CuboAi Smart Temp” option, as the latter means that that Smart Temp has not yet been paired with your baby monitor. If that is the case, then please select “Add CuboAi Smart Temp” then proceed with the in-app instructions to set up.
Once the Smart Temp has been successfully paired with your CuboAi Plus baby monitor, please confirm/complete the following points:
- Smart Temp LED is either flashing green (full battery) or orange (low battery).
a). If the Smart Temp LED is not flashing, then the Smart Temp may be out of battery. Please press the power button to confirm - if the Smart Temp LED flashes orange twice then turns off, please fully charge the Smart Temp first before proceeding.
b). If the Smart Temp LED still doesn’t flash after it has been fully charged, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
- The CuboAi Plus baby monitor is turned on and connected.
- Move the CuboAi Smart Temp closer to the baby monitor and maintain a distance of within 5 meters to ensure a stable Bluetooth connection.
If the points above have been completed and you’re still not able to see the real-time body temperature on the app, please unpair and then re-pair the Smart Temp on the CuboAi app and try again.
NOTE: As long as the same main account is used to pair with both the CuboAi Plus baby monitor and CuboAi Smart Temp, you will be able to access the body temperature records of the past 90 days on the CuboAi app even after unpair/re-pairing.
